For individual bookings please click on the red APPOINTMENT button (on the right hand side of every page) to open the scheduler. Follow the on screen prompts to find and choose your time. Fill out the form and click CONFIRM. Once you acknowledge the verification email you’re set. You will receive a reminder email 24hrs prior to your time.

Use the Red Appointment tab to the right to book your time for any of the following activities. Call if you need assistance.
TREADMILL TRAINING · 1 session = 1hr semi private (up to 4 per hour) on the treadmill · Single Session = $45 per session · Introduction = $75 for 3 sessions (once per customer) · Starter Pass = $195 for 5 sessions · Bronze Pass = $395 for 12 sessions · Silver Pass = $595 for 24 sessions · Gold Pass = $695 for 36 sessions · Group/Team Hour = $80 for up to 5 people to share an hour (please call to schedule group training)
VOLLEYBALL / EVENT ROOM / SKATE PAD = $25 or one session pass per hour - guests of members are $5 each up to $20 max
ROCK WALL · Unlimited climbs = $7.50 per hour · Harness rental = $5 · No bare feet please
After School Club · School days Sep thru Jun, 3:30pm—5:30pm · $100 per month, limited spaces, please call for details
· Unlimited Member = $60 per month (call for details)
· Facility/Team Rental = $175 per hour (please call to schedule) = $250 per 1 1/2 hour session · Birthday Parties = $175 per hour (please call to schedule)
· Plus HST on all prices · 24hr cancellation policy
